Welcome

For the past eight years, Captain Joseph Schultz’s family members, and the many Member Services throughout the country who are inspired by Joe’s life, have come together to run for and/or support the Captain Joseph House Foundation. Run for Joe provides an opportunity for those who knew and/or were inspired by Joe to celebrate his life and to raise money for this one-of-a-kind non-profit in America. The Captain Joseph House will be a place of healing for Gold Star Families who have lost a loved one in combat military action since 9/11. For the ninth year, Run For Joe will head to Port Angeles for the North Olympic Discovery Marathon. We hope you will join us on June 7, 2020, in running for Joe and raising money to support the Captain Joseph House Foundation.

COVID-19 UPDATE — May 1, 2020

Wonder no more, the 2020 Run for Joe / North Olympic Discovery Marathon is proceeding as a VIRTUAL EVENT on Sunday, June 7. 

Currently, Washington State Governor, Jay Inslee, is maintaining the stay-at-home order. 

We will be posting updates on the status of the June 7, 2020 Run For Joe Marathon / North Olympic Discovery Marathon as we get them.
